“Over my 12 years as a volunteer with Community First Development, I have had the privilege of working with some incredible people. 

I have expanded my understanding of Aboriginal history, culture, and the many positives and challenges communities face—as well as learning more about myself. I love the concept of community-driven development, and supporting communities to achieve their goals has been really rewarding. The CFD staff have been fantastic, and a real highlight has been collaborating with such interesting and committed individuals, from a range of organisations and communities, who share a passion for creating positive change.”
